Nicoya Rebrand

Nicoya is a Canadian biotechnology company dedicated to improving human life by helping scientists succeed. Nicoya develops innovative and accessible biosensor technology for in-depth characterization of biomolecular interactions. In 2018, I had the opportunity to rebrand the company during the launch of the worlds first benchtop SPR system.

Nicoya’s new office

Working closely with Nicoya’s business operations manager, we worked in collaboration with DFY Studio in Kitchener for the office build-out. The interior design of the office followed the creative direction of the rebrand, resulting in a creative working space for employees.

The beautiful mural in the background was created by Stephanie Scott, a local KW artist.

OpenSPR Instrument.

OpenSPR Packaging

The OpenSPR instrument is used in Universities by students. Competitor instruments are difficult to use and cost more than what schools can afford. The friendly packaging design reassures students that the instrument is easy to use, which allows them to continue learning and focusing on their research.
